last fall we were given some strawberry plants to fill a small area next to our new retaining wall. i didn't expect much to happen with them, since we kill all plants.....but now they are flourishing. pretty much by themselves. we just try to keep mr. t out of the plants.
and today, our first strawberry turned red overnight and you know who wanted to pick it. we've been telling him for weeks that we have to wait until the stawberries are red.....so it was picking time.
looks like there are lots more were that came from!
yup. he thought it was pretty tasty.
